Implementasi Women20 (W20) Communique di Indonesia pada Tahun 2022-2023

This research explains the implementation of the Women20 (W20) Communique in Indonesia from 2022 to 2023. As one of the multilateral cooperation forums, Women20 is present as a solution in determining the resolution of gender equality issues. Indonesia hosted the W20 meeting in 2022, highlighting 5 priority areas for discussion regarding gender equality issues. These five priority areas are non-discrimination and equality for women, the implementation of women-owned MSMEs, equitable health responses, rural women's development, and equality for women with disabilities.
This research uses qualitative methodology, with data collection techniques through literature studies sourced from books, journals, articles, and websites. This research uses the theory of global governance of gender and focuses on the period between 2022 and 2023. The findings of this paper present various government efforts to empower Indonesian women through programs such as the Women and Child-Friendly Village (DRPPA), the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurship Network (AWEN), the W20 Sispreneur program, the Women in Digital Entrepreneurship (WiDE) program, the Family Hope Program (PKH), the establishment of the Child Protection Act, the program to Enhance Women's Role Towards Healthy and Prosperous Families (P2WKSS), the Synergy and Collaboration for Accelerating Basic Services (SKALA) program, and the Nusantara Economic Heroes (PENA) program.
